Prime Solutions Group is my consulting practice, running since 2022 alongside my employment. We work with small-to-mid SaaS companies that need product thinking at a level they cannot yet hire for full time.

AI workflow & agent definition
Deciding what an agent should actually do, where a human stays in the loop, and what governance the feature needs before it touches a customer. Scope, guardrails, and the validation bar — set before the build, not after the incident.
AI-assisted delivery setup
Standing up the AI working method inside a product team: analysis and reporting, feedback synthesis, ICP validation, artifact drafting, and prototype-first requirements validation. We teach the method rather than doing it for you indefinitely.
Requirements structuring
Turning ambiguous stakeholder input into specifications an engineering team can build from — scope boundaries, decision logs, failure modes, non-functional requirements.
BPMN workflow modeling
Formal models of business logic and multi-step operational workflows. Most product teams do not do this, and it is where hidden complexity surfaces before it becomes rework.

Backlog governance, delivery cadence, release gates, KPI review rhythm. Standing up how product gets done rather than doing it once.
Partner & monetization program design
Referral and partner ecosystems, attribution, commission mechanics, and the retention scorecard that tells you whether any of it is working.

Slack administration, SSO and identity integration, and workflow integrations across Jira, Salesforce, Zendesk, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
Client work
Vox Technologies
An integrated inventory platform connecting CRM, logistics, and order-fulfilment workflows into one operational system. An enterprise asset management platform with lifecycle tracking and automated monitoring of renewals, pricing, and vendor policies. Modernization of a twenty-year-old legacy enterprise system across seven business units onto a cloud platform — which grew quarterly revenue 70% and took lead-to-sale conversions from 7 a week to more than 30. And Slack administration with SSO integration across nine systems for a 100-plus employee workspace.
My Shop Launcher
An ecommerce platform for West African merchants: instant storefront creation, payment gateway integration, inventory management, and fulfilment automation. A merchant can set up a store, connect payments, and start marketing products inside an hour. It scaled past 5,000 merchants.
How engagements start
Usually with a conversation about what is actually stuck. Most of the work we take on begins as something narrower than the client first describes — a requirements problem presented as a roadmap problem, or an attribution problem presented as a growth problem.
Client financials are not published here. Both clients agreed to be named; that is a separate permission from publishing their numbers, and I keep the two apart.
